Q: How much do your services cost, and what does the price depend on?

Pricing is individual and depends on the scope of work, the complexity of integrations and the number of processes to automate. During the free audit we find the bottlenecks and offer 2–3 implementation options for different budgets: from setting up a single WhatsApp bot to digitizing the whole company.

Q: How long does it take to build a website or a mobile app?

It depends on the scope: websites and online stores launch faster, while a web platform with a customer portal or a mobile app takes longer. We share exact timelines and an estimate after the free audit, and we split the work into stages and deliver it in parts, so you see interim results before release.

Q: Will the company have to stop working during implementation?

No. We build and test every solution on isolated test servers, in the background. Moving processes to the live system happens quietly: your managers keep taking orders and selling as usual, with no downtime.

Q: What if my employees do not want to learn and work in the new system?

This is the most common problem in automation, and we take it on ourselves. We build interfaces that are as simple and intuitive as possible, record short video guides and train your team. We also hand over procedures that make it easy for management to check how consistently the software is used.

Q: How secure is integration with our 1C, CRM and databases?

Data security is a priority for us. Our team has development experience in banking (Kaspi Bank, Forte Bank), where cybersecurity requirements are the strictest. Before any work starts, we sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) and use secure data transfer protocols.

Q: Will your AI bots work in Kazakhstan? Do they understand Kazakh?

Yes. Our voice and text AI agents speak fluent Kazakh and Russian and can handle mixed speech and the context of a conversation. The bot replies instantly and accurately at any time of day.

Q: What happens after the project is delivered? Do you provide support?

We do not walk away after release. Every project includes a warranty period of technical support. We also offer ongoing support on a subscription basis: we monitor server stability, update systems when external APIs change (Kaspi, 2GIS, WhatsApp) and extend the functionality as your business takes on new tasks.

What we built

Dispatcher workstations for trains, truck arrivals and gates, the yard and equipment.
Tasks sent to in-cab tablets and operators’ phones.
Billing linked to 1C and an automatic outstanding balance check before release.
A 3D digital twin available as a tab in the yard plan.

Result

The system is in use at the terminal. Dispatch, equipment operations, cargo acceptance and billing share one workflow throughout the shift.

Challenge. Bring the city’s venues and events into one app and help people choose their evening, from a request in plain words to a table booking and a ticket.

What we built

A parser for venues and events from 2GIS, Sxodim, Ticketon, Threads and Instagram, published after moderation.
An AI assistant plans an evening from a plain-language request, using only the catalog.
Table bookings, tickets with QR codes, Go Together and real-time chat.
Organizer and venue dashboards and an admin panel.

Result

The client received the app, business dashboards, parser and AI assistant as one system. The parser keeps the city catalog up to date, and moderators only review and publish.
